Which file formats can I select?
Select STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, 3MF, SLDPRT, Parasolid, SAT or PRT models; PDF, DWG or DXF drawings; or ZIP, RAR and 7Z archives. Include a dimensioned drawing for critical features. Select up to 20 files, 100 MB per file and 250 MB in total.
Have my selected files been uploaded?
No. File selection stays on your device. The quote list saves part requirements and filenames in this browser, but does not store or transmit CAD file contents. Submit the quote summary here, then email the original files to [email protected] and include your request reference.
Will I receive an automatic price?
Our engineers review geometry, material, manufacturing operations, finishing, quantity and inspection requirements before confirming a quotation. The website does not generate an automatic price or delivery commitment.
Can I request a quote without a drawing?
Yes. Describe the part, intended use, approximate dimensions and quantity in the requirements field. Our engineers can discuss the information needed before a manufacturing quotation can be prepared.
What information helps prepare an accurate quotation?
Include material grade, quantity, critical dimensions and tolerances, finish, intended use and requested delivery date. For sheet metal parts, specify sheet thickness, bends and welding requirements. Provide a 3D model and dimensioned drawing where possible.
Can I request prototypes or production quantities?
Yes. Specify the required quantity and target delivery date. Process suitability, capacity, lead time and any expedited options will be confirmed after engineering review.
How do I send my quote request?
Add each part to the quote list. Download a text summary or open an email draft addressed to [email protected]. Attach the original drawings and send the email from your email app. Saving a part or opening a draft does not send a request.
